S'MORES (at least) FOUR WAYS

WHAT IS A S’MORE? It's a graham cracker, marshmallow & chocolate sandwich. Melted! Oooooh, so good!   MAKE S’MORES IN THE OVEN Preheat your oven to broil. On a sheet pan or sheet of foil, put just the bottom graham cracker  Top with a thin square of chocolate Marshmallow on top Place on a rack 5-6 inches below the top of the oven Keep an eye on things--broil until they are desired golden-ness Remove from the oven and immediately cover with the top graham cracker Eat as soon as sufficiently cooled  MAKE S’MORES IN THE MICROWAVE Put the bottom graham cracker half...
