You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received, and then a follow-up email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
We ship every day, Monday to Friday--however, given increased order quantities, orders received in the afternoon will most likely be shipped the next business day.
Please note that tracking may not go live for 24 hours. Orders received on the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day.
Shipping Protection
By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying a small percentage of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed. Please note that Package Protection does not cover instances where shipping information was incomplete or inaccurate.
If your package has been marked "delivered", yet you have not received it, please wait at least 3 days, but no longer than 15 days, after delivery confirmation to file a claim.
We will send you a replacement order in the event of:
- A tracked package being marked delivered by the courier but not received
- Packages that are presumed lost
- Packages that arrive damaged
To file a claim, contact us with your Order ID, contact info, and a description of the problem, and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days. If you declined Package Protection, and your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier.
Packages protected with Package Protection are only eligible to be replaced once.
IMPORTANT: If your package is taking longer than expected, please check the tracking, and then please give it a few more days. Your next step would be to follow up with USPS or FedEx or UPS directly as they will have the most relevant information for you.

Shipping rates to the US are just $5.99 regardless of the size of the order on any purchase up to $99. For orders over $99 shipping is FREE!
International destinations ship USPS International First Class Tracked.
International shipping is just $25 flat rate anywhere in the world! Please allow at least 20 business days. (Although, realistically, it can take longer.)
Customs and Duties
Outside the USA and Canada your order may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Polar Feet is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties or taxes. Any additional duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver. Charges will vary from country to country. For more information on your country’s customs policy, please contact your local customs office.
